Introducing Codename Colossus. A fully 3D printed, electronic and mechanical art toy that is hand assembled. This piece of dieselpunk mecha is going to be exhibited at the New York Comic Con 2015 in October 8-11 at booth #443.
Week 10. Finally done! Laying down the last coats of varnish. A little disaster meant that I lost half the time lapse footage. Lesson learnt, download the footage daily. Still, the final half of the assembly got copied before the disaster.
Next week, hopefully, it’ll be able to show the box being taken away by the courier guys, and after that, it’ll be full on work for the show. See you at booth #443 of New York Comic Con 2015.
