We worked on a 5-5-6 linear pattern but now we are exploring applying rudiments to the patterns. In this case our 5 is 4 in the hand and one in the foot. For the four note grouping in the hand we’ll apply a single paradiddle. We’ll try to add a paradiddle diddle at the end for the six note grouping. Applying rudiments to linear groupings can lead to interesting ideas. Keep on drumming God bless you.
